Hello everyone and sorry for being weird…

Sometimes I have these little moments and my brain and mind take     See More then I become obsessive.

I'm sure I've thought of a better ownership model for Manchester United in the past, with a better structure and better organisation, but I don't think I've written it out in great detail like I have for this  one.

PLEASE HEAR ME OUT IT'S JUST FOOD FOR THOUGHT

I've got an Idea for Manchester United being owned by stakeholder groups. We'd first need to gather a coalition of interested stakeholders, like fan groups and potential investors. They'd need to unite with a common vision for how they'd like to see the club governed. We could call this movement that gets the ball rolling Unite for United!

It would involve rallying key stakeholders, like fan groups, investors, and former players, to form a representative ownership group. Legal and financial frameworks would need to be established, and the current ownership would have to agree to the change. 

This would be a diverse ownership group that would represent different stakeholders—fans, investors, former players—to balance interests. Decisions could be streamlined with clear roles, efficient communication, and empowering experts in areas like finance, sports management, and fan engagement.

It's a complex process but it's not impossible!!!

Just to clarify, the 5 group of stakeholders are:

Fan Collective – Representing the cooperative or nonprofit organization of fan shareholders. ## (see just beneath)

Strategic Investors – Individuals or groups investing for financial and business interests.

Legacy Legends – Former players or club alumni (even though Jim probably won't like it) involved in governance or advisory roles.

Community Champions – Local groups or organizations supporting the club's social and community-driven initiatives.

Club Innovators – External stakeholders like sponsors, partners, and technology providers.

## The Fan Collective who would be one of the stakeholders, would likely be a cooperative or non-profit organisation. Members would pool resources to buy shares, and voting rights would be based on share ownership. Their goal would be to influence club decisions in line with members' interests, rather than profit maximization.

This is how this stakeholder model could be governed and run:

I'm sorry if I forgot anybody. It's not on purpose and I know I must have forgotten some people. I'm very tired and I just try to get this out as quickly as possible before my mind goes on to something else.

I usually love Stretford Paddock but I'm sorry, they facilitated a load of waffle there.

First they said United don't need a new stadium before going on to say the current st     See More alling down due to disrepair...

I cannot for the life of me figure out why a man 'just looking to make money' would put £300 million of his own money in straight away and also stop the dividend payments.

3 men who have very little knowledge as far as I can see about what goes into building a stadium and debt having a whinge about it.

Just sounds like 2 men with a chip on their shoulder, just waiting for a reason to whinge to stay relevant. 1958 lost me when they compared an admittedly torrid ownership to lads that literally lost their lives.

I agree with fans having a voice, but an intelligent voice that isn't living in the past and acknowledge that in this day of modern football change has to happen for the club to compete,     See More fine, lets just do down the leagues. Yes the Glaziers have decimated the club through greed and mismanagement, but that isn't sorted with a sweep of a brush, it's too deep rooted. The 1958 spokesman always irritates me because he doesn't have any clarity, it's all groan moan, drone, it's all attack and no solution.
