Manchester United need to put incentives into contract with a base salary of say 150k max if ur a baller and you’ve proven it over 4-5 years at united sure well give you 250-300k but until then 150k and incentives based on position goals assists clean sheets wins trophies won etc playing and simple they do that in the nfl and u got players playing in week 18 meaningless games going all out for that incentive for sacks or picks or tds or yards w e it works no one stops trying because there is always more money to be earned for them

Thriving in the Bundesliga doesnt means he will do the same in the EPL. Quality of the leagues are different. He had it easy in Germany. Sancho doesnt of that explosive pace to be an explosive winger or guile and technicality to be a proper #10 in the Prem.
